Meditation

Meditation is a powerful spiritual practice that guides us beyond our restless minds and into a direct experience of the peace, connection and wholeness of our true nature. It has been scientifically proven to lower blood pressure, calm the nervous system, significantly reduce stress and anxiety as well as providing countless other benefits to physical, mental and spiritual well being.

I am a certified meditation teacher and have been practicing various forms of meditation for 15 years. I practice and teach several different meditation styles and techniques including mindfulness, insight meditation, vipassana, kriya yoga and various pranayama  (breath work) techniques.

As a meditation teacher I will teach you the basics and fundamentals of meditation and mindfulness, guide you into a deep experience of the peace and wholeness of your true nature and give you the tips and tools necessary to develop your own practice at home.

I also lead group meditation, mindfulness and MBSR (Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction) classes.

Teaching will include:

  • guidance towards an abiding experience of inner peace, joy and wholeness

  • natural stress and anxiety reduction

  • realizing and experiencing your deeper spiritual nature

  • deepening your connection to yourself, others and nature

  • spiritual guidance
